Lindsey Jackson
SFHD MNCH LAPH

My name is Lindsey, I am a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist and counsellor at Linking Pathways.
I am a member of the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP) and the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH).
I am also a mum of 3 including a SEN child, I understand how overwhelming life can be sometimes and the anxiety that may come with that. Wendy and I set up the SEN support group to reach out to other parents and carers in the local community and offer a safe space to meet and gain support.
I have worked with children in the care setting for many years before retraining to become a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist. I also have experience as a school based counsellor training with place2be, which i enjoyed greatly and gave me further skills in play based therapy.
My approach to therapy is compassionate and supportive, providing a relaxed, safe space to explore the emotional and behavioural patterns you want to change.  We will work together so you gain a better knowledge of your brain and nervous system through psychoeducation and neuroscience. This will help you implement lasting change so you may live a calmer and more fulfilling life.
