What is Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapy?

Solution-Focused Clinical Hypnotherapy is a modern, evidence-based approach that combines the principles of solution-focused therapy with the transformative power of hypnosis. This effective therapeutic method helps individuals achieve positive, lasting change by focusing on their desired outcomes.

Hypnosis is a natural state of deep relaxation and heightened awareness, during it your brain enters theta state and allows direct access to the subconcious mind, where our learned behaviour pattern-making systems reside.

At its core, SFCT emphasises the client’s strengths and resources, fostering a sense of empowerment and self-efficacy. During trance clients can access their subconscious mind to overcome barriers, reframe negative thought patterns, and create constructive pathways toward their goals.

Key benefits of Solution-Focused Clinical Hypnotherapy include:

Clarity and Positivity: Clients are guided to visualise and work toward their ideal future.

Rapid Progress: By focusing on solutions rather than problems, change can occur more efficiently.

Empowering Process: Clients take an active role in shaping their journey and achieving success.

This approach is particularly effective for addressing issues such as stress, anxiety, stop smoking/vaping, phobias, sleep problems, weight management, sports performance, enhancing confidence and much more!!. With its collaborative, forward-thinking framework, Solution-Focused Clinical Hypnotherapy helps individuals unlock their potential and thrive in their personal and professional lives.
It is also great for children and can really help them overcome anxiety!
